Pirsons Engineering came out of a frustration. Too many clients were being handed a low quote, then a slow site, then a bill that looked nothing like the one they signed. Drawings did not match execution. Nobody picked up the phone once the money was paid.
So we set the company up around the opposite of that. One team accountable end to end. An estimate you can read line by line. A schedule with real dates on it. And a site you are welcome to walk into any day of the week, unannounced, because there is nothing on it we would rather you did not see.
Since then we have worked on homes, offices, commercial complexes and hospitality projects. Different scales, same rules.
We are not a contractor who subcontracts the thinking, and we are not a design studio that hands you a folder and wishes you luck. Our engineers, site teams and interior designers sit in the same company and work off the same drawings.
That matters more than it sounds. Most project disasters happen in the gap between design and execution, when the person who drew it never has to build it. Here, they do.
If your budget will not carry your brief, we say so on day one. A cheap yes today becomes an expensive argument in month four.
The parts of a building nobody sees are the parts we spend the most time on. Finishes are easy to replace. Foundations are not.
