A real person reads it, usually the same day. If your project is something we can help with, we come back with questions and set up a site visit. If it is not, we say that too and point you somewhere better. We would rather lose an enquiry than take on work we cannot do properly.

For most projects we will come and look before quoting anything, because a number given over the phone is a guess, and a guess is worth nothing to you. The visit costs you nothing.
